I take genuine pleasure in recommending Kensington Court Apartments. The property has a highly dedicated staff and has proven to be a great place to live. I've always found it to be well maintained and very safe. The neighbors are great - mostly grad students and younger professionals with a handful of more established baby boomers. I've seen many of the floorplans. The 1 bedrooms are typically more spacious and better layed out than the 2 bedrooms. To be fair, the kitchen could use some minor improvements. The diswasher does a so-so job cleaning dishes and is really only big enough for extra small loads. The fan over the stove recycles smokey air back into the apartment which isn't ideal for folks who like to use the stove a lot.
