Have lived here a while... will be moving soon.

Kids play on stairs and on your patio and you can't get through to your apartment or have access to your patio at times. Some kids even plugged their stereo in the outlet on my patio and were offended that I asked them to remove it and leave.
Kids have tried my door and looked in my windows. Kids also love to throw trash all over the place and I have had kids kick my door in the middle of the night and run.

I have had things stolen from my patio, after which, one of the interim managers politely informed me "this is the real world" and basically I should keep quiet to avoid escalation.

Parking here is rediculous, and most of the time you have to park far away and walk to your apartment. Complaints to the office do nothing.

There has been several managers in the last several months, and management comes in your home about once a month. The letters to inspect have been dropped off (stuck through your door) in the evening and inspections take place the following morning. I don't think it is even 24 hr notice. I was told the managers are trained to look for meth labs.... so thats what I live around'

I don't remember being told or reading it in the lease, which I may have missed it, but for anyone not wanting monthly intrusions I'd say avoid this place.

On the surface the apartments are nice - our carpet wasnt cleaned before we moved in (or not very well if it was) and is dingy looking.

Many of the people here don't have phones so if you do, keep it to yourself or they will be at your door every time you turn around.

This person must be talking about about another property because Kensington Court Apartment has had the smae manager for over 5 years and they only have three apartments with patio's along with the fact I've never really seen any kids on the property and I've lived here over 6 years.
