I lived in two different apartments in Kensington Place and was pleased (for the most part) with both. The buildings have buzzers and seem very safe. Maintenance was prompt and the only real beef I had (a misunderstanding with management) was quickly corrected. The washer/dryer situation is not good, though: very expensive and often on the fritz. Also, the windows didn't seal very tight so there was a bit of a breeze through my 3rd floor place! Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone.
