I've lived in the fan for 12 years. This place is by far the best. It's a safe area, my neighbors are quiet, new windows, great hardwood floors and I actually have some closet space. The washer/ dryer isn't wonderful but I'm just happy to have one after 12 years of having to go out to get it done. The only noise that's annoying is the fire station across the street (but it's good knowing they are so close). Parking is just okay; if it's late you won't find a place in the lot and the street may be full. If you've lived in some old places in the fan, you'll love this step up from college living.
