The office staff is extremely incompetent and has no desire to assist you when problems arise.
The apartments themselves are always infester with insects as well as constant sewer problems.
Any maintenance issues took months to get resolved and some times never did.
As with anything you get what you pay for thought the rent was cheap the living conditions were not worth it.
There are open sewer pipes in the closet where the hot water heater is contained which on several occasion overflowed into my apartment.
So in all honesty do not I repeat do not rent an apartment from kingly ones apartments.

Wow. This is a very negative review. Thanks for the warning, but I my choices are kinda limited at this point. I probably will be moving to Kingly Ones and will post a review myself.

YOU ARE SO CORRECT ANONYMOUS!! Kingly Ones is an AWFUL place to rent from. My experience in dealing with them was an absolute NIGHTMARE!!

I do agree, it is an awful palce to rent. WE never got our issues resolved and the management never responds positive.
They are not gentle.

Runnnnn, don't do it! Apartments badly need work done(too old) u can definitly tell by the windows try opening them! Walls r very then, now they have roaches and in the summer they will tell u the reason y your air is not working correctly is because so many ppl are having the same issue......also, runnnn because there is no security at all and it should be because of the price, cars and homes are always broken into and they are not going to do anything about it! SAVE YOUR MONEY RUNNNN IT'S GETTING WORST
