You don't want to live here.

Break-ins have been very frequent and the complex appears to be doing very minimal about this.

Rent has increased to compete with surrounding properties while, the use of the clubhouse isn't optional.

Sewage back ups go untreated and/or sit for days.

Documentation isn't sent to residents indicating the problem.

Instead, residents have to consistently call the rental office for updates.

Noise levels and loitering have also increased.
