This is one of the Worst apartments on the South Side. Very poor management.The up keep of the Apartment is very poor. Don't let the aluminum siding fool you on the Apartment. All of the apartments need renovations. All of the appliance in the apartments are old. Service calls are at least 3 weeks before they can either fix the problem and months if they have to order parts. There's NO parking for tenants nor guest. Guest are force to park on the street, where there is very little lighting. In one month there was 6 burglaries in my visitors car, not counting the other neighbors. Issues with towing during the day and on the street. If you ever have to mail your rent for the month, they are known to deceive people, they'll tell you it's late just to make you pay the late fee. There's also many SEX OFFENDERS in this apartment complex. So please be careful with your kids.
