Great place for Adults to live.

Have not had any problems.
Very quite and great for adults.
Anyone 18 or older would be comfortable.
I do not have any pest or animals.
All repairs are done within 24 hours.
Darcy and Ebony make sure you are welcomed.
If you want to start over cause the kids have grown up, this is the place to be - friendly, quite and clean.

I remember the feeling. My first year here was great. That's why I decided to renew my lease. You're right, Ebony and Darcy are friendly. However, all friendly people are not good problem solvers or management material. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to live and if I could be as happy as I was my first year here, I would probably rent with them one more year. Sometimes in "business", we forget that customer service should be shown to our customers that have been with us for a while as well as our new or potential customers.

THIS PLACE SUCKS FOR REAL I NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE IN HERE I WAS CHARGED FOR A BREAK IN AT MY APARTMENT , MY APARTMENT WAS BROKEN INTO I WAS CHARGED FOR ALL THE DAMAGES AND I HAD A POLICE REPORT THEN WHEN MY BOYFRIEND STAYED WITH ME THAT WEEKEND TO MAKE SURE I WAS SAFE THERE MAINTENANCE PERSON NAMED MAC WHICH HIS NAME SHOULD BE INCH HIGH PRIVATE EYE TOLD THE LEASING OFFICE THAT MY BOYFRIEND WAS LIVING WITH ME AND THEN THEY TURNED AROUND AND TRIED TO MAKE ME PAY FOR HIM BECAUSE THEY ASSUMED THAT HE WAS LIVING THERE WHICH HE ALREADY HAD A HOUSE. WHEN MY PLACE WAS BROKEN INTO THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT NEVER SHOWED UP TO SURVEY THE DAMAGE. ON TOP OF THAT DARCY AND EBONY BOTH TREATED ME LIKE I BROKE INTO MY OWN PLACE THEY WERE THE WORST. DARCY HAD PROMISED TO MONITOR MY APARTMENT PRIOR TO THE BREAKIN BECAUSE SHE KNEW I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY BACK WINDOW OF MY APARTMENT IF DARCY WAS ON HER JOB THEN MY APARTMENT WOULD HAVE NEVER SUFFERED A BREAKIN. NOT ONLY THAT MY SLIDING GLASS DOOR WAS SHATTERED BY SOME KIDS THAT LIVED IN THE COMPLEX AND IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO FIX MY GLASS SO I FROZE HALF TO DEATH FOR A MONTH, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS AT ALL, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TO SEE HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN GET FROM YOU. WHEN WE FINALLY WENT TO COURT HALF THE COURT ROOM WAS FILLED WITH PEOPLE THAT EITHER WAS LIVING THERE OR LIVED IN THE COMPLEX BEHIND THEM..... THEY SUCK PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT MOVE THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT IM SERIOUS EVERYBODY THAT I KNEW THAT LIVED THERE HATED IT AND I WISH I WOULD HAVE LISTEND.ALSO THEY HAVE HOOKERS THAT HANG OUT ON THE CORNER OF COFER AND HOPKINS.
