I lived at Kingly Ones from 12/05 to 10/06. I couldn't wait to move out of there. The area was terrible as far as crime went. I never felt safe. The one positive is that i didn't have any bugs but that may have been because I live above the rental office. I heard other in the complex have complaints about the up keep of the apartments and pest. Oh yea and the wash room was a nightmare!!!!

I am sorry that this person felt that way but my mother and I both live at Kingly Ones and have never experienced any problem. At 9:00 at night it is very quiet. My mother is 78 years old and walks around and greets everyone. We have two sheriffs, 4 correction officers and a police office and his car that live in the complex. The teenages are well behaved and the kids are sweet. All my friends that visit me and my sons, think I made a good choice. The wash room is not as tidy as it could be but we as residents have to clean up behind us. I do not live near the rental office and I do not have bugs or mice. Also I have been there a year and will be renewing my lease. A place is what you make it. The folks in the office are kind and curtious and have always responded quickly when asked to do anything. The maintenance people are very nice to my mom and understanding when it comes to a senior citizen. I wish you good luck in your new home.
