I lived in these apartments as a college student and it was TERRIBLE!!! There were mice and little critters on the regular. The appliances are way outdated. The laundromats are disgusting and have all sorts of spiders and rodents living in them. Every time I went into the office, there was someone new working there. They seemed incompetent and you would get different answers depending upon who you talked to. Parking was not good. Guests could only park way in the front of the complex, residents didn't have assigned parking so it was frequent that I came home and could not find a park near my apt. Water was free when I meoved in (this was one of incentives for me) but soon after the manager allowed people into the apts. to install water meters and they began sending water bills. This was in the middle of my lease. PLEASE go to your checkou inspection. I did not and I was hit with over $500 in bogus charges. Nothing in that apt. is even woth $500 bucks, especially since I had taken good care of everything while there. I never had any problems with crime personally but I have heard of my neighbors complaints. Mostly their cars were broken into but I had an alarms ystem which is probably what saved me. While maintenance is known for "patching up" things instead of fixing them, they always came within 24 hours when I called. I just WOULD NOT move here if I were you.

Thank you and Amen! I was assaulted with the same level of incompetence, dishonesty, and sleaziness. I pray no one has to be subjected to a Kingly Ones' nightmare.
