this is a true story you can check with the management, the reason the person moved out of our unit, was because he was ROBBED!!! they forgot to mention that to us,My wife had just got her job and was talking to an employee it was his apartment!! Then they told us that Gas was included it was not, so it got cut off one day. $1000 later.. after living their one month, my next door neighbor had a domestic dispute, she STABBED HIM and he was running around the parking lot bleeding everywhere. The walls are super thin, you can hear everyone around you, no insulation, my dog was playing around and put a hole in the wall nothing behind it. you have to pay for GAS,ELECTRIC,WATER which is based in FLORIDA'''' and sewer. we spent 250 in Utilities because the doors and windows were not sealed right so the AC just kept pumping until the circuit breaker flipped. they TOWED my car in the middle of the day, I just got a new car was unloading Groceries i went inside to put stuff away came back out it was gone, and i had to pay to get it back even though the parking pass was in my car!! Horrible parking arrangements, if you dont work the so called NORMAL shift you get to park in visitor parking near the front of the complex, I lived in the very BACK!! This place is a DUMP!! DO NOT live there. get out now.

Crime happens every where get over it!!! You only have to pay gas in the apartments all the way in the back.
