DON"T MOVE HERE!!!!!!

Lived here for about 6 months.
Within one month, the place started to smell so bad no one could stand it.
After I moved, all my clean clothes, towels, sheets etc.
had to washed to get rid of the smell...even the boxes smelled bad after the move.
The peoples toilet above the left side bathroom fell through the sub-floor, and leaked toilet water through the ceiling into my bathroom.
Kingly did NOTHING about any of these problems!!!!!!!!
