I live at kingly ones and I have been here since 2006.

My maintenance issues always got fixed and usually the same day.

Some one from the office would call and check to see if the problem was taken care of.

Heat and A/c problems will happen wherever you go.

I like it here and I will stay here until I have enough saved to buy my house

Look I don't care what no reviews say. I lived there for almost 9 mths. I am out of that apartment now and really do not care how any body else live. I paid rent their for 4 mths their and did not live their, I am used to the finer things in life. So you'll be happy and be blessed. I dont live where I have issues any more GOD BLESSED me with a brand new house.
