Great place to call home

This apartment community was great to live in and it was in a great part of Richmond, located in the West End. The office staff was responsive to our every need. As the apartments were built in the 70's, they are extremely spacious for the price you are paying.

However, on the same note, since the apartments are older they are not the most energy efficient. Especially since the HVAC system we had was extremely old and loud. Our electric bills were significant during the summer and winter months.
