These townhomes are old and show it. Heating and cooling are serious issues and I would not recommend the place on that fact alone. Your money is spent best elsewhere, even if it costs more (in the end even a more expensive place is cheaper since the heating and cooling is so poor)

I agree!! The managment company is from hell - they don't gouge you, they GUT you. Take your money somewhere else!!!
