Very good amount of space for the price you pay, which is exactly what I needed.

Office staff has been friendly but did screw up and not give us credit for paying one month. They will not cut you any slack. They sent us legal notices, etc, but eventually got this resolved after about 2 weeks.
Neighbors are nice and location is perfect (about 10 min from everything).
It is fairly quiet for the most part unless you live on the main street which is a popular cut-through during high traffic times. Fitness center and Pool is maintained reasonably (it could be better).

And what were you smoking that you didn't see the hell-hole that this place has become - You obviously don't know about how much they are going to gouge you when leave - Hope you have some savings or plenty of space on you credit card....
