The main problem with this community is the maintenance. I've lived in apartments before where I thought the maintenance sucked. I used to be mad when places took 1 week to fix my problem. So I moved to a more expensive community, hoping to get better service. Now, I'm paying about $300 a month more than I used to, but I'm still waiting on a request that I submitted to King's Crossing 3 weeks ago. When I call, they tell me that they are backed up. Yet, I see them working on renovating the vacant apartments everyday. So basically they give priority to the places where no one lives, and make us residents who are already paying rent sit and wait. It's all about money for them. Seems like their attitude is that they already have my money, so why put any effort into me or my apartment' The inside of the apartment itself is very nice and spacious and the community is safe, but really, you can save yourself a lot of money and move into a cheaper apartment in the same area. I only wish I had known how bad the maintenance was BEFORE I signed the lease.
