The roofs and ceilings/floors between levels leak. An overflowed toilet nearly destroyed my computer on the floor below.

The walls are paper-thin, and the floorboards squeak like crazy. I could hear every time my neighboor walked upstairs. I could also hear WAY more than I wanted to about my neighbors' personal lives through the bedroom walls.

Parking is HORRIBLE. Don't even think about having guests visit, unless you live on one of the main roads with on-street parking.

The carpet did need replaced when I moved out - I lived there for two years. They charged me for the replacement.

With permission, I had painted light-colored accent walls in my apartment. When I moved out, I spent several days priming all of the walls so that it would not require multiple coats to repaint. Apparently they used WATER to paint with, because they charged for "mulitple coats" too.

Do not live here with pets or paint - you will be screwed when you move out.
