Boy I should have listened to you guys before I moved here. I've been here since Dec of 05 and I've lost count at how many leasing staff members have been hired and fired. These townhomes are impressive to look at from the outside but a BIG joke on the inside. Maintenance is scarce which is why they hire for them non-stop and the upper management is WORTHLESS and deliver their piss-poor service in the same manner. They are rude and disrespectful. I don't have pets and since April, I've had to deal with BLACK mold and pissy mildew smells in my unit. I've lost count of the number of service requests that I've had to put in. I will NEVER rent from this management company again. They have done me the most gracious favor by letting me out of my lease without penalty. Renter please beware. They smile and you and hold y our hand, but once the lease is signed it's a wrap. Oh and your electric bill' Forget it as these homes are by no means energy effecient. If you are used to a bill from 60-90 per month you can get ready to pay 3 times that amount here. Allergic to mold' Keep it movin', because you will suffocate in these rotten units. After all, they were built in the 60's but who would expect them to be this rotten. RENTER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. However, if you decide to be knock-headed and move here anyway, enforce your legal rights. That will get them to shape up! Good Luck and watch out for the bugs!
