I've lived in Kings Crossing for 18 months and overall have had a good experience. I'm not impressed with the office staff. There seems to be a very high turnover rate in staff. We've had 2 broken window frames and when we moved in our dishwasher wasn't secured to the cabinet, so when it ran it would tip forward and leak water all over the floor. A quick call the maintenance and they fixed the problem. Maintenance has always been great about responding quickly to our needs. Like others, our biggest issue has been the parking. When we first moved in there was no parking policy and 3 months after we moved in all the sudden only one of us can park anywhere close to the house. We fought and argued for a parking pass for each lease holder because we should all have equal rights to park near our house, but the rental office wouldn't give.

One of the biggest bonuses to Kings Crossing are the spacious floorplans. I love size of the townhouses. There isn't another complex in the west end that has this much space.
