The leasing office at King's Crossing has failed to notify tenants twice now after cars have been broken into. They even lied to a tenant and told her that she was the only one.

The parking lot is not well lit and not patrolled.

They allow Global Towing to come and patrol the parking lot, and tow away residents' cars if they're parked over a white line or in an unreserved spot, but they are unable to properly light the parking lot, or provide security.

I don't feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot any more. Any morning I could come out and find it demolished. Those who broke into the cars broke windshields and ripped out dashes, but yet no flyers, no notification to the rest of the tenants of what has happened.

The maintenance is absurd as well, but that's another story.

I agree! We had our car broken into also. On another note, there is no loyalty to tenants here whatsoever. We've lived here almost 2 years, made 2 late payments and we want to transfer to a bigger unit but can't since the "policy" says you can't if you've paid late in a year but they will gladly continue taking my rent payment each month to live cramped!
