I have lived in Addison for over a year now and things seem to be on the decline since I moved in. The staff turnover is high and people disappear and reappear in the office all the time. My building is relatively new and my apartment is nice, but the rent is high compared to newer places that are nicer overall. The office is also impossible to get in touch with.

I agree with that! I have lived here 2 years and have seen them come and go. Some nice, some not. If you take their "special" be prepared to get slammed with a HUGE increase when your lease is up. WAAAY overpiced apartments for sure!
