I am currently a resident of Kings Crossing and living here is nothing short of a nightmare. I have had nothing but problems since I have moved in. These people lie to get you in and once you are here, you are stuck. The neighborhood sucks, break-ins are a norm. Parking is a joke, good luck on finding a spot near your apartment. The newly renovated apartments consist of rehabbed cabinets, painted tubs, cheap vinyl flooring and poorly installed windows. Some of the appliances work, some don't. Don't bother to call maitenance to fix anything as they don't know what they are doing. The office is an example of complete incompetence. Their tunover is high and they lie to you about everything and anything. What a joke....If you are considering moving here, think again. It is a complete waste of money and you will go crazy living here.

Dang, break ins? Luckily I never had to deal with that...just leaking pipes, plaster and paint all over MY belongings and the usual incompetence.

That place is rapidly going downhill. It used to be a nicer, safer community several years ago. But by the time I moved out of there a couple of months ago, car break-ins were becoming normal. I agree with your comments about the "renovations." It was just very cheap materials with very poor installation. And one really bad paint job. The paint in my tub bubbled up and peeled within a month. I wouldn't live there again if the Kings Crossing management paid me to.

I really wonder if we live in the same community sometimes. I did get the flyer about the robbery a few weeks ago, but so far haven't experienced any crime myself. Maybe living a few doors down from a police officer who parks his squad car outside helps. In fact, I think there are several police officers living in the community. I've also never had a problem with maintenance. They've always been timely and fixed the problems quickly. The rehabs were a bit shoddy, but for the most part, I really like my townhouse. All of the appliances were new, and of name brand. Our washer makes a ton of noise, but no other appliance problems. I read so many horrible experiences, I'm really waiting for one to happen to me. But we haven't had any major issues in the last 10 months.
