Okay, I have been living here for a year and I keep hoping that by some miracle it will get better, but it hasn't happened yet. When my boyfriend and I were shown the townhouses we thought they were nicely renovated, a little pricey but spacious and looked comfortable. Well when you first see your "renovated" townhouse it is an entirely different story. The renovation were done very half-assed, the windows fall out because of improper installation, the cabinets in the kitchen are poorly constructed and half of them you can't use because they placed them behind the refrigerator or in other hard to reach areas. The hardwood floors have nails sticking up in some areas and they squeak unmercifully. The upstairs bathroom didn't have the previous caulk removed properly and they just caulked over the old stuff, so now I have so much mold in there I can't take a shower. Some of the maintenance guys are okay, but I had to go through 3 others before they fixed our A/C unit properly. The office staff does seem to have a very high turn around rate because I have never talked to a person in the office twice. I've had to make numerous complaints about my neighbors and their "pet" dog, who barks all the time because the people leave him on the patio for days on end, the urine smell from the dog being left out there is so strong I can't go out on my patio and enjoy it, my complaints either get brushed off or ignored. There are children that just run around and scream all day, I don't mind living in a neighborhood with kids, but when I can hear them from the other side of the complex that should be considered a problem. The parking is horrible, they put so many reserved spaces in that there is only a handful of unreserved, but they only give you one reserved parking decal and all the unreserved spaces get filled in by 2 in the afternoon. There have been a considerable amount of car break-ins here and there is a good amount of sketchy people wondering around here at night, I don't recommend anyone walking alone at night. As for problems with the office and our lease, for some reason, still unknown to me, they put some random persons name with our names on our lease and wouldn't take it off, it took us weeks to get them to understand that we had never met that person and there is no reason they should be on our lease. This place just has become too much of a headache for the amount of rent that we pay, and they are planning on charging us more if we renew our lease. I plan on moving out as soon as my lease is up. Thanks for reading. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

There's a catchphrase that is almost as good as "Where's the beef?" It happens to be "Move if you're not happy." That's what your owner said to us when we "complained" about living conditions there. We still get a big laugh.
