I have lived here for 3 years and would have renewed but management really irritated me. They want to renovate ALL units, even while people were residing there still. It was very inconvenient - you would have to move ALL furniture, empty ALL closets, plus live with others in a suite for 3 wks, yet have NO deduction in rent that month and then they would RAISE your rent after. Plus, you had to sign a paper saying that they were not responsible for any damages that may occur to any of your furniture in your apartment! Ridiculous! I refused and that is why I am ultimately leaving. Before you move in, please read the fine print, they may have added an addedum that they can force you to move out during your stay.
Too bad, because I really liked the style and space of these townhome aptments. And the maintenance staff are fast, a first!
