I would just like to say that I am glad I found this place. I have lived in several other apartment communities in and around Richmond that weren't kept up well, and/or the staff just didn't care. As a result I found myself moving every year, but not this time.

I have lived in Kings Crossing for almost a year now (my lease comes up for renewal next month), and am very satisfied. Although parking can be tight for guests, the rest of the community makes up for it. My apartment is 960 sq ft and its only a 1 bedroom. For the space I have verses what I pay, I feel like I'm getting a good value. I have only had to put in 1 maintenance request since I have lived here and they fixed it the next day. The community is also quiet. Even when I come home from work late on a Saturday night. I'm a single female, and safety is an important issue to me. I feel comfortable here walking to and from my car at night. I would defiantly recommend.
