...because of convenience to downtown. You don't get a lot for your money. Laundry rooms are crappy. They don't like to handle noisy neighbors-- they basically leave it up to the resident. Maintenance is good. Greenery is taken care of-- except the farther you are from the office, the more your greenery is ignored. The kitchens are not "average size." They are very tiny, and have limited storage space. Not a lot of outdoor lighting. In some places it's pitch dark and you could have some trouble walking from your car.

Laundry rooms are indeed filthy and they've increased the cost of washing in drying while decreasing the level and cleanliness and quality of the machines. I am so fed up with this landlord. LOTS of riff raff moving in.
