The one bedrooms suck. The two bedrooms are okay. Parking is ridiculous and they really need to get rid of the ugly black and white tile in the kitchen and hallways. The apartment I have now is okay, but now I received a letter stating that as of dec.9, we will be paying for water, sewage, and trash. Come on now, these are not luxury apartments. I signed my contract stating that water and utilities are included, but you know the sneaky a holes found some way to go around that. I could deal with paying for water, but trash and sewage, come on now. I plan to get a house in the next 2 years. For $695 and paying all my utilities, I could be owning instead of making Mr. King rich.
