It was okay while we were there. Not amazing but ok. Had a water leak that took over 6 mo to fix. Then when we moved out they hit us up with totally ridiculous charges including cleaning those ugly black tiles that after repeated scrubbings I assumed were supposed to look dusty. Ended up with a negative comment on our recond even after we paid for repairs that had nothing to do with us (tiles). Be very careful when renting with them. One bedroom is tiny, two bedroom is ok size.
