Furious that office requested personal information such as: divorce decree and verification from Department of child care enforcement to verify income and then denied approval. If that's the case, just base approval on credit only, they don't need to see private personal documents of this nature!!! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Thank you for the warning. I feel that the ability to pay your rent is the only that should matter to property management, unless you are a serial killer!

These people should let anyone live here since they are slum lords, I dont know why they are so worried about a persons pay check, this place is the ghetto. Oh wait I forgot it is ok with this management company to rent out over priced crapy apartments and not provide what a renter expects from their community.
