Lived here for a year. Had a leak in my bathroom sink put in order to have it fixed. Was told that there was no leak and that I was splashing water behind the faucet, yeah right. At the time of move out I was charged for a whole month of water, sewer, and trash althought the apt. was vacant. I understand that I vacated at the beginning of the month and my lease was not up until the end of that month and that I was responsible for all utilties until that time, but if I'm not there to use it how can I be charged for it. Come one now. I agree with a previous post if this is the best that you can do by all means go for it but while there please save up to get out.
