Lakefield Mews is a very nice community to live in. We live in one of the townhome apartments and the space you get is well worth the money. The landscaping is gorgeous, and the maintenance service is excellent. The rental office employees are always pleasant and know you by name. I also love how quiet it is around the neighborhood. The rent is a little higher than other apartments on the east end but I can say from experience that you get what you pay for. Seven Gables rent is about 300.00 cheaper a month, but the ghettoness and unproffesionalism there is not worth the money you save. One suggestion I would have if you decide to rent here is to rent a washer and dryer or buy them. The laundry facility is not really up to par, and constantly takes your money.
