I have only been in my townhouse for 6 months and I love it. My apt before moving to Lakefield Mews did not have lighting at night and I was scared to come home after dark. The night lighting is great and the office staff are very friendly and always have a welcoming smile on there face. I had to have a repair and maintenance was right on top of it. The ground are kept clean and you also receive monthly newsletters to advise what is going on in the community. I only planned on staying a year, but I may stay another year before buying a home. I love this place.
