I live in Laurel Pines and the negative remarks that were made abviously were made by unruly tenants. It is a quiet, clean and spacious place to live. I find the staff to be promt, courteous and pleasant. In the case of tenants that make it hard for other tenants to enjoy their home, management addresses the problem immediately as they should. The grounds are kept clean and maintenance addresses their issues expeditously. As far as parking, notice that (with a lot of apartments) its mostly the same cars parked in visitors every day which makes it hard for people that have visitors that DON'T live with them. Be angry with the tenants that abuse the visitor parking, for creating the parking problem. They should put their "daily visitors" on the lease! Bottom line, Laurel Pines is clean, quiet and the grounds are kept immaculate in my opinion.
