As far as the fan goes this place seems to be an exception from the usual dumpy apartments that are around. I currently live there but they are converting into condiminiums so our lease isn't being renewed. (Which is a huge pain because we just moved in a year ago) They also kicked us out for a whole week and put us into a hotel in order to make repairs that will help sell them as condos. This repair wasn't nessecary and a huge inconvience that Monroe Properties didn't seem bothered by. The maintenance guy has also had a huge attitude problem since this incident. But otherwise pretty nice place.
