It would be nice if the building had an exercise room, entertainment room, and conference room. I can sometimes hear a little bit of noise through the walls, but not enough to wake me from sleep. Most of the neighbors are very friendly and they don't tend to be loud at all. the maintenance team is very polite and responsive. I have found that if I sent someone from management an email, there is often someone addressing the problem the same day. I LOVE my apartment and I'm thinking about purchasing whenever they actually become condos.
