I lived there during the transition from dominion english hills to legacy at mayland. They basically treated the older residents like crap and just wanted us out. I had pretty good neighbors, but the apartment had poor sewage and my tub was always backing up.
Our rent was pretty cheap, but when they wanted us to renew with legacy, we had to fill out an entire new application and the rent was going up at leat by $200. There were renovations made outside, but it is still basically the same apartment inside with a new coat of paint over it. When we were moving out, there were renovating the entire aparmtent anyway, but they charged us for new paint and carpet. They were trying to get over on somebody.

O cry us a river... I am sure if you called them they would tell you how sorry they were trying to fix up the place. I love the new apartments and the staff is great too.!!!!... Your apartment must have been nasty has hell!

First of all, this apartment complex is ghetto. Some may disagree but majority of the folks who have lived there will agree with me. For god sakes the complex has a structure of tanement housing! Yes, the apartments are renovated but with cheap materials that only provide asthetic purpose and of no quality purpose. Walls and floors are so thin you can hear any and all moderate noise. So many thugs and skatchy people live in the complex as rent is relatively cheaper compared to surrounding aparment complexes. Overall, the apartment has decent asthetics but living condition is subpar, I would never live here again.
