I loved the location of Legacy, and I was sold by the nice large kitchen. I thought the price was pretty high, but I loved the look of the apt and the fact that I was going to be the 1st in there.
BEFORE signing the lease I was told that water was included in the price of rent....I soon found out that was not the case. (and the office staff person who told me that left a few days after my move in, so I had no one to really confront)
I complained many times on my neighbor, and I was told constantly that he would be taken care of. Im not talking one or two complaints...Im talking 8 or 9 and police involvement. The office staff told me on 2 occassions that if he didnt stop in 30 days he would be evicted...THAT NEVER HAPPENED, despite my continued complaints.
I did not feel like they valued me as a tenent, and there were many times where I looked for someone to sub-lease my apt. I was TOO happy to move out. And even at move out they gave me a hard time about things that I should have been told months before.
Yes, the apartment is nice and in a great location...BUT I will NEVER live there again! (not to mention they raised the price...yet AGAIN!) Its not worth it!
