Horrible parking rule and leasing office manager

I am loyal resident to Dominion english hill@ lagacy at mayland. Ia m living here past 2 years!! First one year went fine. Once i moved to new apartment i felt very sorry to stay here. They ahve horrible parking rule(becuse nobody want the carriage what they built, so they make A*** rule to make the resident to rent that useless carriage).
The worest thing which hurt me beeing the resident there is, Accounting manager or A** manager responce when i talk about rent. I am not sure about her name. She behave like she is boss of all resident.When i think she behave like this only to me, unfortunatly another resident called to her and she behave same way in the phone also.If i know the corparate office of our apartment diffenatly complaint about her attitude toward resident. That is first and last time i met her in leasing office.Other staffs in the leasing office are very friendly.
