After the horrible parking policy was put into effect (1 parking spot for each apartment...even 2 & 3 bedrooms), I was informed I could rent a garage for $90 a month. The leasing office seemed to think this would be the answer to all my problems. I guess they don't realize that some people just can't afford that!

It was another option and honestly a garage for $90 dollars a month is not that much compared to some of the other communities around here that charge over $125 per month. So it is not affordable to you personally. Do not complain here because they were just trying to offer another way for you to get a good parking spot.

Personally, I think it's just another way to rip you off. I mean, residents shouldn't have to fight for spaces. You can buy a house in Richmond for the price you would pay to live in these apts. & rent a garage for your car. I mean, come on people!
