How somebody can reach the compactor and put the trash bags now. This condition persists for days and then these garbage bags are just left out simply letting others to follow

I moved in at the end of last year and have had no problems so far. I hope it stays that way. I really like my apartment. It's really bright and spacious and the parking really isn't that bad. The people in the office also have been helpful and nice so far.
