The absolute worst ever.

I postponed writing this to eliminate the possibility of it being a bad day and showing too much emotion or coming off as I just need to vent. With that said, here are the facts:
1) The parking policy is the worst I've ever seen or heard of. They have one spot per lease, and we have a 3 bedroom apt. There are not even close to enough visitor parking spaces and I've been ticketed for parking on the curb because my other option was, literally walk about a half a mile. Regrettably, I choose the latter now, walk a half a mile. It's awesome. They have no where close to enough spaces and compound it with the most moronic parking policy on earth. I pass about 20 reserved spots on my way to finding a limited visitor section, sometimes close to a mile a way.
For the record, I've written to corporate about the parking as its above and beyond the worst and def the number 1 problem. I went to corporate because the staff informed me that they are waiting for approval to get more space and more spots, but thats ridiculous because they wont review the parking policy to make a short term improvment. However, they got so many complaints at first, they sent out a poll to see who liked it and who wanted it changed. I have no doubt they lied and that was a cover to act like they cared. I called to find out the results and was told it was an overwhelming victory to keep the current parking policy in place. It only appeals to ppl with one car per lease, or 1bedroom apts, and even then is a pain in the ass if you have even one guest over, so demographic is low and theres no way it was voted to stay. I would love to count those votes myself.
2) It s a huge complex and because of that, has two pools. That'd be great except the 2nd pool is down until further notice. Broken pump I believe. Memorial weekend comes once a year and apparently its out of the question for them to fix a pump that they knew was broke to get rdy for Mem day weekend, which they knew would be the most busy day of the year. Every possible space was occupied and by 2 o clock, no one else could squeeze in. To date, it s still broke; management has no clue when it will be back up.
3) The pool that is open, opens when it feels like it. I took a day off work to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately there was a postee that said "pool closed until further notice" I didn t feel like dealing with management then, so just drove to another pool complex. Also, it s closed every Monday for "maintenance" That's classic. Normal pool maintenance includes PH levels, chlorine, changing the filters and a quick cleaning to get the leaves out and what not. 99 percent of the pools do this before 11am opening. Putting it down for an entire day is something I've never heard of in any of the neighboring complexes.
4) The AC in the gym was broke for about two months. It was just fixed a few days ago. You can imagine the lovely work outs in APR, MAY and some of June.
5) Tennis court lights broke the first week I moved in. I love driving to a "non luxury" apt complex to find a tennis court with functioning lights. They've now completely taken down the lights and as far as I know, have no future plans to fix them.
6) The late fee for rent is 277 dollars approximately. That's a bit excessive, and the only reason I know it, is because of a clerical error that took a lot of effort to prove was their fault. Rent was on time and after many discussions, bank statements and frustration, was finally proven to them. Thankfully the eviction process which was going to begin in two more days was cancelled.
These apts use to be english hills and was low income and fairly trashy from what I hear. I don t know this for sure, but it certainly explains the faulty lights, broken pump, not nearly enough parking spaces and useless staff making up their own rules and being of no help.
I feel like I'm leaving something out and running out of hands to count the problems w/ this place. The end on a good note, if you get an APT upstairs, the hard wood floors are nice.
