Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I went to the apartmentments and paid application fee and holding fee for me and my wife, with out knowing much about it. I was aggreed for 3 bedroom on the first floor with hardwood floor.
Next day I read all the reviews here and want to make sure about the parking and rugs requirement for hardwood floors.
They confirmed that I will only one reserved parking for 3 bed room apartment and if I have additional cars I have to park in a visitor parking, and they can not give me the garantee that the visitor parking space will be available. So I don't know where to park second car.
I asked them whether I should have rugs in hardwood floor, they said I should cover 80% of area with rugs. They kept me on the hold and said my apartment will have carpet not hardwood. Which is not true(')
So I told them right then I am not moving to the apartment.
My advice is please donot move there and get in to trouble. They are very very old, looks like renovated.
