Everybody, this is all just what is called the "Apartment life". I just moved from another state for a work relocation and that place on this web site received an 80 percent approval rating.

FYI - they had some of the same issues over there that Legacy has, we had one big central trash compactor area where people that did not live close by had to either hike down to the trash area or drive it down in their car on their way out which I was not fortunate but unfortunate to have to live by it and deal with the never ending pit stops of people driving down to the dumpster and it was very noisy !!, they had no assigned parking so it was first come first serve. I find assigned parking spots to be a "rare" luxury because most places do not offer that to you. They did over garages for an extra fee.

They too had their share of front office and maintenance issues, pet owner problems, very strict late rent fees, you did not have a washer and dryer in every unit just a hook up for one and an on-site laundry facility with often broken down washer and dryers.

But the grounds were well kept and landscaped very nice with palm trees, a nice swimming pool, no tennis courts and it was more of an eye appealing thing than anything because it was in a nice tropical type of setting where if you wanted to go out for a walk at night you really enjoyed yourself as long as you didn't get hit by a passing car because people drove real fast and there were limited speed bumps!! and this was a luxury apartment complex with very strict rules a clubhouse and a small fitness center too but very clean and the AC did work real well !!

And by the way did you ever see what is called a Palmetto bug, try getting one of these things in your apartment and then deal with the nightmare after seeing one and spending the whole night trying to get it out of your apartment so you could go to sleep !!

My advise is to relax and deal with it until you hit the "LOTTERY" because it is everywhere.
