This is a nice apartment complex. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and very nice since they have been recently remodeled. The ONLY problem has been parking, and while it is a HUGE problem, it certainly does not make it miserable to live here. Make sure you read all of the reviews (positive and negative) before you move into ANY apartment. Grow up. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

How many apartments you lived in brother? This must be a staff member writing about that apartments are good and it's a good place to live. Surroundings are very dirty and rental office is not prompt in helping you out but they are very prompt in punishing you.

I have live in 3 different states and many apartment complexes and I have never been so disquisted about Legacy at Mayland apartments!!! This place is a joke and I urge anyone interested in moving here, to please take my advise and DON'T DO IT!!!!
