How somebody can reach the compactor and put the trash bags now. This condition persists for days and then these garbage bags are just left out simply letting others to follow

Funny that every "No" has a page of explanation, while the "YES" seems to barely touch on why you should live here. I agree with the last comment. Please read all these reviews before making your decesion.

THEN...go out & find someone who's actually lived here since the renovation. Speak to someone in person...let them tell you about the experiences. You'll understand.
