I have got to say Legacy at Mayland does a good job of covering up the truth about their apartments. If you go to their website they make the place look like the Taj Mahal. This place is the complete opposite. The maintenance people are completely unreliable, the place is crawling with bugs eighty percent of the time. Parking is a nightmare, with only one reserved spot for the apartment you and your roommates have to constantly bargain on who is going to park four buildings down tonight or tomorrow in the visitors spot. To top that off if you park anywhere other than a visitor spot you will get towed within the hour. The worst part of the place besides the fitlh, the nasty smells in the vents when you walk into your building, and the terrible parking, is that your car will more than likely be vandalized at least once. Mine was broken into twice within one week. I had over $500 worth of things stolen from my car including parts of the motor and it was parked in a visitors spot for one night! The property manager didnt even care! I told them what happened and filed a police report and that was it! They just said thanks for letting them know! Anyways this place is horrible, I wouldn't ever renew my contract to live here even if they paid me to.
