They keep on charging $25 penalty per bag from the residents if somebody is not able to put the trash inside the compactor. There is no way when somebody can reach to it as it's all flooded and nobody to take it out. see the photographs

I live here and yes, the parking is a problem, and sometimes there is dog poop where you walk, but the office staff can't help that. They are working on the parking situation (THANK GOODNESS!) and they are going to put in dog park soon, so that should help with the poop problem. Our water/sewage bill has never been more than 30 bucks.

They have been promising to fix things for a very long time (especially the parking) and there is no sign of any of it happening anytime soon. So, don't hold your breath. The only thing they did is made the situation worse. They should give us decals to park anywhere and make it so the visitors can park in overflow and we can pick them up from there. It's an incovenience but better than incoveniencing us everyday when we live here. Ask them when the new parking might take place. You won't even get a time frame. You'll get the vaguest answer possible.

I used to live here & I'm so glad that I moved. The staff is horrible! It's actually sad when you think about it. I never had a problem with maintainence when Scott was there, but now I think they've hired new people, obviously lousy new people. I heard they are now putting plasma TV's in the apartments. I think that's just a good way to lure more people in. Eventually they will find that after people live in the property 1 year, then move, no one will return & it will be back to English Hills after that! Hahaha...kinda cracks me up. I've said it before & I'll say it again, can't slap sliding on a property & give it a new name & think things are going be shiny & new!!!!
