The staff is very rude and not at all listens to you. Many a times also if you complain about the repair problems-it wont get resolved. Finally you need to live with the problems. When the rent is on the higher side compared to other neighboring apartment communities then definitely people expect better service but this place just sucks. Just one parking space and visitors parking space always full-there is no way you can invite your friends. If somebody parks at the side of the road-it gets towed away. They themselves call the towing company. This way people have to un-necessary pay to the towing company. Every time it's minimum of $150 that one need to shell out of pocket to pay to this towing company. Place is full of waste(excreta) from pets. It's really very messy place. Don't ever try to walk on the grass as it's full of excreta of pets living nearby. Even the pathways is also sometimes full of pet waste. Same is the case with trash compactor. There is only one and the other is near to the leasing office(but nobody tells you this). This is another trap to get money out of you pocket as they charge $25 per trash bag. So be ready if you are planning to move into this apartment as there are lots of charges that you end up paying apart from your rent. Yes, there are separate charges for trash and sewage and water.
Look at the picture-this is the usual scene here, there is no place for the residents to dump their bags in this chute as it's not cleared daily. Most of the people then have to leave their bags outside of this and then rental office fines them. Left over items and furniture also lie there. There is no action taken by rental office as they enjoy charging fines to the residents and this is sort of the their extra bucks.
Stay away from this apartment. Life is miserable out here. There is one or the other things that will keep on happening with you to keep you busy.
