I have recently bought a house and moved out of Legacy at Mayland. I enjoyed my time spent there but did have a couple of issues. I was charged 100 dollars extra because they were closed the day my rent was due.(even though i slipped it through the slot). The apartment itself was very nice, roomy, clean, new, and was fairly quite. The bad-- parking is absolutely miserable, they added assigned parking right after we moved in and having 2 cars for a apartment was almost impossible. I had to walk blocks upon blocks numerous times because everyone who broke the rule was towed. Pools was dirty most of the time. Maintenance was always quick to respond. I would recommend this apartment except for the whole parking thing. I am completely honest parking is horrible here.
